Cast Will Be Live Tweeting During Falling Skies Finale

If you plan on watching the 2-hour Falling Skies finale live this Sunday and are afraid of having to sit through the commercials, perhaps this bit of news about the cast live tweeting during the finale will cheer you up. That's right, executive production Mark Verheiden (@MarkVerheiden), Maggie played by Sarah Sanguin Carter (@sanguin_carter), Hal Mason played by Drew Roy (@drew_roy), John Pope played by Colin Cunningham (@CunninghamColin), and Tom Mason played by Noah Wyle (temporarily using @FallingSkiesTNT) will all be tweeting during the finale.

You can start sending in your questions now to @FallingSkiesTNT. This is definitely an interesting concept, but I'm not entirely sure how well it's going to work since most people will be watching the finale, not reading Tweets. But, as I said above, perhaps it'll be something to do during the commercials for those not using a DVR.

Noah Wyle Nominated for Teen Choice Award

While Falling Skies may only be a few episodes into its first season, Noah Wyle has been nominated for a Teen Choice award. The category he's nominated for is "Choice Summer TV Star: Male" which includes Keegan Allen, Lucal Grabeel, Ian Harding, and Tyler Posey.

Because the award is based on the votes of teenagers, my guess is that Noah Wyle doesn't stand a chance. This is also likely why Falling Skies isn't up for "Choice Summer TV Show" when shows like "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", "Switched at Birth", and "Pretty Little Liars" are.

Either way, it's great to see Noah Wyle get some recognition, even if it is for the Teen Choice awards. Let's hope he can pull off an upset!

Noah Wyle Discusses Sanctuary (Part 1)

TNT has just put up a sneak peek of the next episode 'Sanctuary (Part 1)' in which Noah Wyle talks about the tough road ahead for parents. I've embedded the video below, but be warned that it does contain some spoilers for the next episode (though if you watched the previews at the end of last week's episode, you'll already have a pretty good understanding about what's going to happen next).

Noah Wyle Talks About This Sunday's Episode

Can't wait until Sunday to see more Falling Skies? Maybe the video I've embedded below will help hold you over.

In the video, Noah Wyle talks about some of what we can expect in this Sunday's episode. The video is about one minute long and doesn't contain too many spoilers, though it does show a bit from a scene that may be considered a minor spoiler since it does reveal a bit about what Tom and crew are going to run up against so watch at your own risk.

Noah Wyle Discusses First Action Scene

I'll have my recap and review of last night's premiere later today, but until then you can check out the following video that has Noah Wyle discussing one of the first action scenes from the premiere. It does show a decent amount of a particular scene from last night's premiere, so you may want to hold off watching it until you've seen the premiere for yourself.

Daemon's TV Interviews Noah Wyle, Moon Bloodgood, Drew Roy, and Mark Verheiden

The Falling Skies premiere is tonight and Daemon's TV has posted an interview with Noah Wyle, Moon Bloodgood, Drew Roy, and Mark Verheiden to keep the excitement building.

The interview is quite lengthy and covers topics like Noah Wyle's experience playing a doctor, his superior pool playing abilities, Drew Roy's transition from Hannah Montana to Falling Skies, and each of the actors' favorite alien movies. It's a good read and gives some interesting behind-the-scenes info that I haven't seen anywhere else.

Fans of the show, the actors or Mark Verheiden should definitely head on over and check it out.

Noah Wyle Conan Interview Video

For those of you that may have missed Noah Wyle on Conan last night, fear not! The seven minute long interview is available online and I've embedded it below.

The interview starts off talking about Noah Wyle's experience coming back to the Warner Bros. lot, his old costar George Clooney, and even a bit of basketball. If you want to skip past the fluff and get right to the Falling Skies part you can jump to the 4:00 minute mark. At around the 6:00 minute mark they play a clip from the show that appears to be a pivotal moment between Noah Wyle and Will Patton.
